The target group of the offered seminar are managers, project managers and other executives.

The contents describe the practically oriented application of the set of rules  „VOB – regulations for construction achievement“ in the different project phases.

The following subjects are treated:

1. Basic to the VOB
2. End of a building contract for the purposes of the VOB
3. Responsibility of the principal and the contractor in that
    project phase
4. Increased performance and additional achievements
5. Project processing in view of a claim management
6. The acceptance, the refused acceptance right and the cancellation
7. The guarantee in view of their authorisation and terms
8. Payment, withholding and guarantee utilisation

The main focuses of the talk can be fixed with the principal individually and if requested other achievements can be agreed with the adviser.

In the above mentioned, it concerns a day seminar with which the number of participants should be limited to at most 10 people.

Mainly the event takes place in the house of the principal and also an external implementation can be organised.

Still before the order assignment the adviser with the principal will carry on a non-binding conversation in which the adviser introduces themselves, gets information about the enterprise questions and receives knowledge about the functions of the participant employees.
